Dear Music Lovers A reminder that this coming Saturday 11 February the Cape Town Baroque Orchestra will present a celebration of the music of Purcell. The programme includes a line-up of instrumental repertoire and arias from his most famous stage works, including King Arthur, Dioclesian, Faerie Queene and Dido and Aeneas. CTCS Update: Final Concert for 2022
A reminder that our final concert of the year takes place next Tuesday evening, 22 November at 7.30pm in the Baxter Concert Hall featuring Romanian pianist Daniel Ciobanu. He will present an exciting programme including: Toccatta by Khachaturian, Kreisleriana - Schumann, Liszt Hungarian Rhapsody Nr. 12 and Tokyo Encore by Kieth Jarrett. Ciobanu also has a few more surprises up his sleeve which make this concert one not to miss!
